A hybrid one-stop shop physique building program for you to look and feel like you workout and transform your health in under 45 minutes, wherever you are.

With creative programming and a variety of workouts. The program is a mix of Low-Impact And High Energy Workouts. The program relies on volume (simple movements, lots of reps and working to near failure). The workouts are designed with low impact exercises to help you see and feel results. You will build lean muscle, lose fat and fall in love with the workouts.

The full 35 day program includes

6 weeks of live workouts on Instagram

6 days a week of workouts

(full body sculpt and strength, yoga,

cardio conditioning (low-impact) and stretching.

We don't need any equipment for our workouts, but to take it up a notch you can use at least 2-3 sets of dumbbells(optional) resistance bands (recommended), towels and pillows. Modifications are provided for most exercises making it accessible to all fitness levels.

There are 2 options to join:

Program only - 2 month access and you can DIY the nutrition by listening to the tips and advice given

Program + customized nutrition consult - 2 month access but you’ll also do the nutrition WITH ME, there will be coaching, nutrition chats, daily accountability, prizes, etc.

Who is the Bootcamp for?

  • It is for those who want to train to transform their body, look lean and toned (not body-building) and are tired of looking soft: ​​

Many workout but have nothing to show for it. The goal of this program is to change how your body looks. With creative programming and a variety of workouts. This program is a mix of Low-Impact And High Energy Workouts. The program relies on volume (simple movements, lots of reps and working to near failure). The workouts are designed with low impact exercises to help you see and feel results. You will build lean muscle, lose fat and fall in love with the workouts.

 

  • For those who want a more low-impact way to workout and see results:

Workouts do not have to be intense all the time. Intense workouts are not sustainable in the long-term. We want to workout for longevity and move our bodies that it works for us and not against us. High-energy, low-impact workouts like the bootcamp will help you progress without causing injuries and long-term impact on our joints.

  • #BootCamp is perfect for beginners and advanced:

All the workouts have exercises modified to suit beginners, intermediates and advanced. Exercises are fairly simple yet effective. You will be incoporating slow and fast movements, controlled breathing and predominantly body weight movements with high volume to achieve results.

  • For those who want to workout at home and yet get into the best shape of their life:

For me, the gym is boring, crowded and not necessarily the most effective when it comes to body change and fat loss. Getting results at home has never been easier. Get Stronger, Leaner, And Sculpted at home with #BootCamp.​

  • For ex-sports persons or athletes who feel like they have lost touch and want to go back to feeling like an athlete again: 

The sweat, endorphins, hard work, rewards, battle scars :P But in between when I started doing slower workouts, I was moving but I felt like crap. Felt slow, heavy and sluggish and definitely not athletic. A combination of well structured functional workouts and strength training has got me feeling fit like my basketball playing days and that is what I want for every athlete out here :-)

FAQs

Can I do these workouts at home?

YES! The program is designed to be completed at home I know many people like to workout at home, so we have included modifications in every single workout for how to do these at home with or without dumbbells. And if you want challenge yourself then you can use at least 3 sets of dumbbells-optional (light, moderate and heavy). You can grab a pair online or borrow some from friends. You can also usa a resistance band. As this is a hybrid program to change your physique telling you that it’s possible to build muscle without resistance would be out of my integrity (just not true possible for 99.9% of people). So yes, you need some resistance.

Can I modify it for injuries or chronic aches/pains?

I have included modifications for most exercises but to tell you the truth, most of the workouts are low-impact and high energy…meaning we will focus on strength, building muscle and seeing progress without having to worry about injuring ourselves. After all workouts should make us feel good.

A virtual program like this does not provide form feedback.

Do the workouts include videos?

The workouts are LIVE, on Instagram on a private page, where I am going to be working out with you through each movement and it will be recorded and saved for later use.

How long are the workouts?

Workout durations range from 20 minutes to 45 minutes.
